Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom items
  • Items damaged by improper use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
